Cancel before renewal to stop future charges; service continues through your paid year. If we cannot deliver the agreed website, you receive a full refund.

Website creation, mobile-friendly layouts, SSL security, contact forms, standard domain renewal, hosting, maintenance, and requested photo updates while subscribed.
Photo updates replace images on existing pages. They do not include new pages, rewritten content, or changes to the website structure.
Annual content edits & refresh
Unlimited content edits update text and images on existing pages while subscribed. The six-month refresh updates the existing design—not a full redesign or a new website.
QR bonus & additional work
The Ownership and Annual Plans include a business QR code as a downloadable file for business cards, flyers, and other printed materials.
New pages, full redesigns, and custom features cost extra. We agree on the scope and price before that work begins.
A few common questions.
Can I cancel my plan?
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Your website stays online through your paid period. Completed service periods are nonrefundable. If you own your website, you can move it to another host.
When do I own my website and domain?
The Ownership and Annual Plans include ownership. On the Monthly Plan, ownership is included after 12 completed $99 payments and your next payment drops to $49/month. If you cancel earlier, an optional $500 buyout gives you website and domain ownership.
Are payments charged on the first? Is the first month prorated?
No. Stripe automatically charges on your service start date and renews on that same date each month. There is no prorating: each monthly payment covers a full month from your service start date. The Monthly Plan starts at $99; the Ownership Plan starts at $549 ($500 creation plus $49 for the first month).
What happens after the Annual Plan’s first year?
Your $1,000 upfront payment covers creation, ownership, and the first 12 months of service. After that, hosting, standard domain renewal, and maintenance renew at $49/month, unless you cancel before renewal.
What are the Annual Plan cancellation and refund terms?

Who handles domain renewal if I cancel?
Standard domain renewals are included while subscribed. If you own your domain, you can transfer it to your own registrar account and become responsible for future renewal costs. Cancellation does not shorten its existing registration period. Customers who have not earned or purchased ownership do not receive a domain transfer.
How quickly can my website launch?
Launch in under 24 hours after we receive your business information, materials, and approval. Website completion and domain accessibility are separate: domain activation and DNS updates depend on the registrar and network, so the address may take longer to become accessible everywhere.
